Delete your data

Effective 3 November 2026

If you are a gym owner

1. Email paaw4nnn.2005@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Beetle account", or call +91 95750 02535.
2. Include the phone number you sign in with and your gym name.
3. We confirm the request with a one-time code or call to that number, so nobody else can delete your account.
4. We delete your account, your gym profile and your members' data within 30 days and confirm by email or message.

If you are a gym member

• To stop WhatsApp messages: reply STOP to any Beetle message. This takes effect immediately.
• To delete your details: ask your gym to remove you, or contact us at paaw4nnn.2005@gmail.com with your phone number and the gym's name. We check with the number and delete your details within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

We delete names, phone numbers, membership details and notes. We may keep a minimal record that a phone number opted out, so we never message it again, and records we must keep by law, such as invoices. Message delivery records are deleted or anonymised after 12 months.
