Beetle for Gym
Renewals without the chasing.
Beetle for Gym is a mobile app for gym owners. Add your members and their plans once. Beetle tracks who is active, who has lapsed, and reminds members on WhatsApp before and after their membership ends.
What it does
Members and plans
Name, phone number and plan for every member. Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly plans, with full renewal history.
Status at a glance
Active until the last day of the plan. Inactive for 30 days after it ends. Lost after that. The dashboard shows who is expiring soon.
Automatic reminders
WhatsApp messages go out on the right days without anyone pressing send, and stop as soon as the member renews.
Private to your gym
Each gym sees only its own members. Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code.
When members hear from you
Example: a monthly plan that started on 1 March ends on 1 April. That's the last day the member can use the gym.

Every message starts with the gym's name. Once the member renews, the remaining messages are cancelled. Messages go out only between 9 AM and 8 PM IST, and only to members who agreed to receive them. How messaging and opt-out work.
Pricing
₹20 per member per month
Counted for active and inactive members only. Taxes extra. WhatsApp messaging costs are included.
